Store Policies

At ASTROPHE, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. How To Order

1) Kindly answer the order form.

  • Please provide your personal information such as full name, email, contact number, preferred platform for communication (Messenger or Instagram) and address. Rest assured that all personal information you will provide will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used solely for your ordering process.

  • Please choose the products you will purchase from Astrophe. Take note that specific products will require you to input their art codes. (You may refer to our FAQs: What is an Art Code?)

  • Kindly provide your full address and indicate whether you have a Shopee Account.

  • At the end of the order form, please pay for your order through GCash and upload a screenshot of your proof of payment. Take note that the total amount of your order will automatically be calculated by the forms.

2) Kindly wait for a confirmation email regarding your order with a provided Shopee Check-out Link. Please check-out your order through the link to process its delivery. Take note that you will have to shoulder the order’s shipping fee. This may be paid through Gcash, COD, etc. in Shopee. You can access the tracking number of your order via Shopee.

FOR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT A SHOPEE ACCOUNT:

  • Kindly indicate in the order form that you do not have a Shopee Account.

  • We will check-out your order for you through Shopee Check-out.

  • Please wait for a confirmation email informing you that the order has already been checked-out. We will also send you the total amount of the shipping fee (to be paid through COD) and the tracking number of your order.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

The orders will be delivered via Shopee checkout (J&T Express, JRS Express, GoGo Xpress, Ninja Van, etc). The customer should take note that the shipping fee cost is to be shouldered by them. The total cost of the shipping fee is available for viewing in the Shopee checkout link or via email (for those without Shopee accounts). 

 

Please take note that the courier handles our products once it enters the delivery process. Any damages or defects in the items upon delivery are completely the responsibility of the courier company.

Returns and Refunds Policy
